IN-OFFICE POSITION, Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Metairie, LA office
Medical background preferred
As the Intake Coordinator of At Home Healthyou will be responsible for the following tasks for the office:
- Process and track patient referrals
- Assist in assigning cases to staff
- Review and assign clinical documentation
- Complete assessments and necessary documentation
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources, to enhance perceptions of our Home Health agency as a high-quality provider of services
This is a full-time in-office position, Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
