Home Health Care Aide

```Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere
- Document client care activities accurately and timely in accordance with medical documentation systems and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses or therapists, to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Provide specialized care for clients with specific needs, such as tube feeding or dementia care

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of an approved training program
- Experience in senior care or nursing home setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical records systems and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client privacy and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
