Home Health Care Aide

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with hospice care as needed
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
- Provide tube feeding as required
- Assist with dementia care

Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved training program
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
