We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and providing companionship to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.
```Responsibilities```
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
```Experience```
- Previous experience in patient care is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation is a plus
- Familiarity with home care, memory care, or hospice care is beneficial

Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
