Job Summary: To provide quality care to client in the client's home as specified by the patient care plan in compliance with universal precautions and according to the established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:Home Health Aide shall include the performance of nutritional and environmental support functions including cleaning, shopping, laundry and meal prep as well as Home Health Aide functions as outlined below.

Sign-on Bonus Available for Live-In Caregivers ($1,200.00)

Expected hours: 4 – 13 per week

COVID-19 considerations:

Monthly PPE's given to all Home Care Workers, Face Masks, Face Shields, gloves, gowns, Hand Sanitizer, Goggles

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish and English (Required)

License/Certification:

• NYS Home Health Aide or Patient Care assistant Certificate (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
