Silver Lining Home Health care is looking to hire part-time or full-time CNA / HHA Caregiver to provide in-Home Healthcare services to our clients. We are a client-driven company with a goal to deliver the best care to our clients in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follows infection control procedures
- Maintains client privacy and confidential client information
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
- Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
- Strong interpersonal skills
