Now Hiring Home Health Aides - Dementia Experienced Needed

Providing One to One Care in Facility Setting located in Lincoln, MA

Rate - $22.00/hr.

We are currently looking to add experienced aides who have experience with Elders facing the challenges of living with Dementia to join our team of Care Professionals working in Memory Care providing one to one assistance with daily needs.

Keeping Client's safe and comfortable in whatever place they call home, is our ultimate goal. This allows individuals to thrive in whatever setting they live in while facing the many challenges of this disease.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing and grooming) and memory care assistance to Clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Assist with meal planning and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping (minimal cleaning and laundry)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA or PCA
- Familiarity and experience with dementia care and techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with Clients, Families, and other Healthcare Professionals
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of Client privacy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
