Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures
- Ability to lift and move clients safely using proper body mechanics
- Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
