**DRIVERS IN SUFFOLK & NASSAU COUNTY NEEDED!!**
Alvita Care is seeking top-notch caregivers who are certified and are able to drive.Our clients are all private-pay and we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We provide relief and assurance to family members in the areas of In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative and hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management and have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of New York
- Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
- Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Statement
- Must complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases
- Drivers heavily preferred - we will not ask you to transport a patient in your personal vehicle
DETAILS:
- Full-time, part-time, & per diem schedule options are available
- Looking for live-ins? Apply immediately!
- Animal lover? We have patients with furry friends that could use your love!
- Caregivers who need smoke breaks now and then are encouraged to apply
- 6 - 12 hour day time shifts available; overnights available occasionally
- M-F availability is nice, but weekends are a plus!
- Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, and transfer experience are all a plus
- Pay ranges from $19-23/hourly*
- Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check options available)
All applicants are subject to a phone screening to determine compatibility and overall availability of accommodations for both the caregiver and the agency. Please note that cases with Alvita Care are only available to caregivers who complete the onboarding process.
