At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for Elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable Home Health aides to join our team. As a Home Health aide, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.

As a Home Health aide with A Better Solution, your responsibilities will include:

• Helping clients with everyday tasks like bathing, getting dressed, and grooming.
• Reminding clients to take their medications and helping them take them if needed.
• Cooking and serving meals, making sure to meet any special dietary needs.
• Spending time with clients and being a friendly companion.
• Helping with light cleaning and laundry when necessary.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. Experience - varying levels
3. Reliable Transportation
4. Communicate in English (Spanish is a plus)
5. Maintain a neat appearance
6. A Good Attitude!

Weekly Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Standard Shifts:

• Day shift
