Home Health Aide Caregiver Cna

We are seeking a Home Health Aide Caregiver CNA.  You will provide overnight weekend (3 weekends/month) assistance with daily living activities to two adults in their home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly
• Monitor and report patient health status 
• Provide personal care, such as help in bathing and dressing patients
• Prepare light meals, laundry, light cleaning
• Administer medications.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work Friday 5:30 pm-Monday 8:00 am in patient home. Private bedroom provided, access to bathroom, kitchen etc.
• Experience working with adults with dementia
• Experience in hospice, Home Health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent verbal communication skills
