· Premium Pay Live-In $255/day

Requirements:

· Valid MA HHA Certificate

· Physical exam within the past 12 months

· PPD within the past 24 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years

· Full Covid-19 Vaccination

· Valid and current driver's license
