Home Health Aide

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care

Skills:
- Experience in medical records management
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques
- Proficient in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care to seniors
- Strong attention to detail for accurate medical documentation
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Understanding of memory care needs
