Would you like to work with a great team of caring people who share these values and work together to make this private home a great place to work? We seek a part to full-time personal care aide to support two men with disabilities living independently in the community; We schedule one on one staffing during awake hours.

Both brothers enjoy active lives at home and in the community. They need assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. They each have vehicles for transportation around the community. You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

This is not a group home or other institution. Their father and mother, who live nearby, manage the staff and home. Since no agency acts as a middleman, all Medicaid reimbursements are paid out to staff, not agency overhead.

If you want to work with this unique family and would enjoy being entrusted with helping these two men live their best lives, here's what we need from you:

• you are at least 24 years old
• you have three years of related experience
• you have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• you are available to work needed shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualified applicants will receive a brief phone interview and, possibly, a face-to-face interview with the clients.
