As a salesperson for Home Helpers Home Care agency, you’ll be responsible for online lead conversion through appointment setting and nurturing, as well as generating client referrals from other sources. Please note: you will need to live in the Longmont/north Denver metro area to qualify for this position.

This is primarily a sales position that pays on performance. Commissions on lead conversion are where the real earning potential lies - how much you make is completely up to you. However, you will still be paid a base rate.
- $200/week to be available to answer the phone and work leads during set shifts (15-20 hours/week)
- $100 for every lead that you are able to set an appointment with
- Another $100 if they become a client
- $500 for any other client referral you generate for the agency
- Mileage reimbursement for visits to potential referral sources
