Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files and documents.
- Assist with HR duties, compliance and onboarding
- Proofread documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Assist with medical office tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately.
