Overview
Griswold Care Pairing for Manhattan is seeking a Registered Nurse to conduct in-home visits and assessments to our clients in Manhattan. This is a Part-Time, Fee-for-Service position, ideal for someone looking for fill-in work, or for a retired RN looking for supplemental income. All assessments will be conducted in the borough of Manhattan.
Competitive Fee for Service Compensation
This position pays a range of from $180 to $200 per home visit.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and repeat RN Assessments for our clients
- Develop Plans of Care based on the client’s needs and services requested
- Supervise provision of care according to the Plan of Care and the performance of the home health aide(s)
- Review and make reasonable inquiries to determine changes in client status periodically
- Communicate with authorized family / personal representatives in the care of the client when needed
- Document all changes in the client’s medical condition
Requirements:
- Current RN Licensure in the State of New York
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Past experience in geriatric patient assessments
- Must be tech-saavy
- Detail-oriented
- Compassionate, patient and personable
- Flexibility to take on assessments within 48-hours’ notice
- Willingness to make weekend visits, but very rarely
