Home Care Community Liaison

Responsibilities:

As a Home Care Community Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, potential clients, and community organizations.

• You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness of Home Instead.
• You will attract clients to bring in new business and support the overall growth of the agency.
• Develop, nurture, and manage strong partnerships with key referral sources in the community to bolster awareness and support for Home Instead to generate client referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.
• Stay informed about changes in the healthcare industry that may impact Home Care services.
• Promote the Home Instead brand and services through various marketing channels.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in home healthcare marketing, community outreach, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Previous experience or knowledge of Salesforce is a PLUS
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Own a vehicle to visit potential referrals, with the ability to travel throughout Westchester County as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
