Responsibilities:
As a Home Care Community Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, potential clients, and community organizations.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness of Home Instead.
- You will attract clients to bring in new business and support the overall growth of the agency.
- Develop, nurture, and manage strong partnerships with key referral sources in the community to bolster awareness and support for Home Instead to generate client referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth.
- Stay informed about changes in the healthcare industry that may impact Home Care services.
- Promote the Home Instead brand and services through various marketing channels.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in home healthcare marketing, community outreach, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Previous experience or knowledge of Salesforce is a PLUS
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Own a vehicle to visit potential referrals, with the ability to travel throughout Westchester County as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
