Core Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate your duties will entail..

- Assembling ithe best gifts for our customers: pick, pack, wrap and box outgoing orders

- Loading and unloading received merchandise

-Assist in the processing of new orders for fulfillment

-Participate in cycle counts/ inventory

Requirements

- Must possess ability to lift and bend over the course of a shift

- Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

-Teamwork, yet ability to work independently

- Must be dependable and efficient with the ability to remain accurate while maintaining speed

-Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

What We’re Looking for

• Ability to make connections and provide exceptional service to all customers
• 3 months customer service experience minimum
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work independently
• Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
• Ability to stay composed and objective
• Strong listening skills
