Delivery Locations:

• 48 lower states

Schedule:

• 2 weeks out and 2 days home

Compensation:

• $1530 weekly

Require 14 day notice for home time
98% on-time service is required
Trip planning and logging HOS accurately a must
Ability to communicate with dispatch
Will have to travel to Earth City for on boarding and Smith System driver evaluation
Must be able to haul pork & alcohol

HOURS (SHIFT) / HOME TIME / DAYS OFF:
Required to stay out 2 weeks at a time, can stay out longer if preferred.

TYPICAL WEEK FOR DRIVER:
Leave out Sunday evening to early Monday am and return Friday night into Saturday midday after 2 weeks out

Drivers guaranteed $1250 per week for the first 60 days of employment. Must be available to work Monday - Friday.

Training pay is $250/day

- Safely operate a tractor-trailer or other heavy equipment

- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment

- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information

- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status or delays

- Adhere to company policies and procedures for safe driving practices

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

- Proven experience operating tractor-trailers or heavy equipment

- Knowledge of tanker operations, refrigerated trailers, or specialized freight (preferred)

- Ability to safely load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment

- Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries

- Effective communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members
