The role:
We are looking for a team player/positive person with a passion for helping others join our operations team! This role is an hourly, full-time position. You will provide job site leadership and exceptional customer service, reporting to the general manager. The role will afford you opportunities for advancement as the company grows and according to your qualifications. Basic Qualifications, Experience, Education:
· Required:
o High School diploma or equivalent.
o 1+ year prior work experience.
o Valid driver’s license.
o Satisfactory driving record/background check.
o Experienced with computer tech-computers, smartphones, tablets.
o Excellent attitude.
· A plus:
o Restoration, marketing/sales/customer service experience.
o Experience with power tools/instrumentation/devices.
o Safety training, certifications, and/or other licensing, such as IICRC certifications.
o Excellent organizational, time-management, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong plus:
o Construction, demolition, maintenance, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, etc./other handy work experience.
o Leadership, prior supervisory, and multilingual skills.
Job Requirements:
· Able/willing to:
o Travel locally.
o Work in potentially challenging conditions/job sites.
o Work flexible hours.
o Climb ladders, and work at heights and confined spaces.
o Walk and stand for long periods including driving and sitting.
o Routinely perform repetitive physical labor for sustained periods including pushing, pulling, lifting.
o Lift up to 50 lbs.
o Follow instructions/procedures and perform basic problem-solving.
o Perform all aspects of maintenance jobs according to training while providing excellent customer service independently/under limited minimum supervision.

Core Responsibilities:
· Maintain vehicle and equipment in a clean, safe, and ready state.
· Report on pre/post-job briefings.
· Follow basic operating procedures and complete physical and electronic paperwork, forms, and checklists.
· Safely travel to job sites.
· Interact with customers including explaining job scope to property owner while providing excellent service.
· Perform basic calculations, write, monitor, and complete jobs using software.
· Set up and break down job sites.
· Plan out and clean up water and mold, applying remediation techniques/using tools and instruments.
· Assist with planning, coordinating, training, job quoting, etc. as required by senior staff/management.
· Other duties as needed.
