SalaryDES Employment Group is actively seeking dedicated Restoration/Demolition Workers to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a Restoration/Demolition Worker, you will be an essential part of our team, helping restore and renovate homes affected by smoke, water, and mold damage.
Responsibilities:
- Work in people's homes to repair and restore areas affected by smoke, water, and mold damage.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working inside homes.
- Perform occasional demolition work as needed.
- Dress appropriately for various weather conditions as some work may take place outdoors.
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all restoration and demolition tasks.
- Adhere to the schedule and arrive promptly at 8:00 AM for the first shift.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform occasional demolition work.
- Must be comfortable working in people's homes and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Dress appropriately for varying weather conditions.
