Auntie Anne's Pretzels is seeking Shift Leaders to join our team at Hanford Mall.

Things to Know+ Requirements

* Must Be 18+ to Apply

* Evening Shift Availability is a must: we adhere to mall hours. Typical shifts can be but are not limited to: 12pm-830pm, 1pm-830pm, 4pm-830pm, 11am-630pm on Sundays. Being available during these hours is a requirement, please do not apply if you cannot meet these schedule needs.

* Weekend Availability is a must.

* Managers do receive bi-weekly tips

* Must be comfortable with guest interactions

* Has urgency and is able to lead others through the completion of tasks

* Result driven, is able to motivate others to strive for daily goals

* 1 year of experience in the food / hospitality industry

* Has management experience with: Operating shifts independently, rotating breaks, holding others accountable to policies & procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, delivering great products and Guest Service.

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment: Our ovens cook fast, and food is rotated every 30min, being able to work quickly while juggling multiple tasks is a must!

* Excellent communication skills: You must be comfortable engaging with guests & Team members to deliver a great experience.

* Food Handlers Card

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the following traits: sense of urgency without rushing customers, positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Scope of Store Operations"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Interview Process

* The 1st interview is with the Manager of the store, majority of the time it is a video interview

* The 2nd interview is an on-site skills assessment, where you get a quick glimpse to see what we do on a daily.

* We are looking to hire within the next 2 weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
