Job Title: Full-Time Computer Savvy Warehouse Associate

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (with possible voluntary overtime)

Compensation: $15.00/hour (first 30 days), $16.00/hour (after 30 days)

Job Summary:

We are a rapidly growing online retail company seeking a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling and processing inventory, order and product scanning, ensuring accuracy and organization within our warehouse. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
• Accurately inspect and verify the quality and quantity of merchandise
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring proper labeling and storage
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and procedures
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Participate in internal training and development opportunities to support career growth
• Scanning orders and merchandise

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
