Job Details:

Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel (LPN)

Location: Santa Fe, NM 87505

Facility Type: Long Term Care

Term: Contract: 9 weeks

Shift: 12hrs (Days/Nights)

Pay Rate: $40-45/hrs for local candidate

Travel Pay: $2100/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week for (H, M & IE)

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must be certified/Licensed as a LPN
• BLS/CPR certified
• Must work every other weekend.
• Immunization Report Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
• Must be COVID vaccinated.
