We are seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! We are looking for an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
Requirements:
• One year of prior leasing experience is required.
• Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in-person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• OneSite or Yardi Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service
skills.
• Professional presentation
