Responsibilities

• Waxing full body for women and various services for men.
• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Drive and exceed individual key performance indicators by ensuring the highest level of customer service and guest experience.
• Educate all guests on current EWC promotions, as well as our product portfolio and the benefits of using them in conjunction with waxing.
• Evaluate each guest’s skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments.
• Perform all waxing services with the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service standards for each guest
• Adhere to cleaning and sanitizing policies.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with guests.

We are looking for a person who:

• Can work 24 - 35 hours per week, including one weekend day per week.
• Has a friendly, eager and personable demeanor and strong communication skills

New York “waxing only” licenses, as well as temporary esthetics and cosmetology licenses are welcome. We love recent esthetics / cosmetology graduates and provide all new wax specialists with a week of intensive, on-site training!
