Auntie Anne's Pretzels is seeking Crew to join our team at Visalia Mall.

Things to Know+ Requirements
* Must Be 18+ to Apply
* Evening Shift Availability is a must: we adhere to mall hours. Please do not apply if you cannot meet these schedule needs. The mall Closes at 7pm or 8pm on the weekends. Our shifts end at either 730pm or 830pm.
* We open at 11am, the earliest shift is at 10am.
* Weekend Availability is a must, we have a system to request days off, but everyone should be available majority of the weekends.
* Team members receive bi-weekly tips
* Must be comfortable with guest interactions and the ability to upsell products
* Has urgency and is able to complete tasks
* Result driven, is able to motivate others to strive for daily goals
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment: Our ovens cook fast, and food is rotated every 30min, being able to work quickly while juggling multiple tasks is a must!
* Excellent communication skills: You must be comfortable engaging with guests & Team members to deliver a great experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the following traits: sense of urgency without rushing customers, positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Scope of Store Operations"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Interview Process
* The 1st interview is with the Manager of the store, majority of the time it is a video interview
* The 2nd interview is an on-site skills assessment, where you get a quick glimpse to see what we do on a daily and meet the team.
* We are looking to hire within the next 2 weeks.
