This is a pretty easy job we just need people who are willing to walk around outside and talk to people. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED we will train you on everything you need to be successful!

```Duties```

- Offer a free inspection to generate leads for the sales team (we will train you and its a pretty simple script)
- Research and identify target neigborhoods for lead generation efforts (we will train you)
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information (this just means we dont want you shoving an appointment down someones throat)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in SalesRabbit CRM software
- dont worry about selling, thats the sales team job

```Qualifications```

- no experience needed!
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- willing to learn, and follow a script. Willing to work in varying temperatures outside.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- no need to be proficient in using CRM software, such as SalesRabbit, to manage leads and track progress we will train you!
- no need to have familiarity with market research techniques and tools... we will train you
