Soligo is seeking a skilled and motivated High Ticket Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving revenue by managing the sales process from beginning to end. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, presenting the benefits of our products and services, closing deals, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sales techniques to identify and assess potential leads, with the goal of understanding their needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, using a consultative sales approach to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of Soligo’s products and services.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, working with the customer to address any objections or concerns.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in High Ticket Sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create rapport.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Training Pay:
To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for yourfirst 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
