```Duties:```
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, and English.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
- Help students improve their understanding of key concepts, develop problem-solving skills, and enhance their overall academic performance.
- Assist students with homework assignments, test preparation, and project completion.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, mathematics, science).
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area(s) being taught.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Familiarity with machine learning or chemical engineering concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus.
