Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach and Representation: Engage with students at High Schools and career fairs, and conduct home visits to discuss the school's programs and career opportunities with prospective students and their families.
• Ethical Conduct and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all admissions activities, adhering to relevant state, federal, and organizational policies and regulations.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maintain a positive, student-first work environment.
• Travel and Engagement: Regular travel to educational institutions and students' homes within a designated region to promote the school's programs.
• Student Consultation: Provide detailed information about the advantages of trade education, ensuring accurate and compliant communication.
• Progress Monitoring: Engage in follow-up activities with enrolled students to monitor their program progress.
• Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast new student enrollment for effective classroom occupancy planning and maintain timely and accurate records in the database management system.
• Event Participation: Play an active role in semi-annual graduation ceremonies to witness and celebrate the culmination of students' educational journeys; attendance is a mandatory part of the role.

Travel Requirements: This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual accustomed to managing a busy schedule. Expect to spend 60% to 90% of your time traveling, including visits to High Schools, career fairs, and students' homes.
