Long Term Carefacility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments, treatments,medication administration, notification to MD/NP of pertinent information,admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Cathetercare, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties.
