Traditions Home Health Services is looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Home Health Aides with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Working with our clients in the Wrentham area.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A Valid CNA certificate
- 2+ years of experience
- Must have 2 years minimum of Hospice experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a registered/insured, reliable vehicle.
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid.
- Current TB Test / Chest X-Ray
- Must own and know how to use a smart phone.
- Must be able to speak and understand English well.
- Must live in the US.
