Position Overview:

• Type: Part-time with potential for full-time promotion
• Schedule: Semi-flexible (including weekend work and on-call availability)
• Location: Tri-Healthy CBD, North East Ohio (Eastwood Mall in Niles, Southern Park Mall in Boardman)
• Shifts: Normal Range (Can vary)
• Eastwood Mall: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Southern Park Mall: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Pay: Weekly, with tips and performance-based bonuses

Tri-Healthy CBD is the leading provider of hemp products in North East Ohio. Specializing in CBD, Delta-8, and other hemp derivatives, we are excited about our expanding our team to accomodate some growth and new efforts. Our focus is on educating customers and guiding them towards products that best fit their needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers, providing education on cannabis and our products
• Store maintenance and cleanliness
• Assisting with team projects and general retail tasks
• Contributing to marketing efforts (e.g., product photography, social media engagement, content creation)
• Packaging and organizing products

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 or older
• Cannabis knowledge and professionalism highly valued
• Skills in marketing or design are advantageous
• Must have reliable transportation to both store locations
• Availability to work 2-4 days per week, 4-6 hour shifts, with on-call potential
