Hematology/Oncology Position Opening in SC Located in Conway, SC Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join hospital due to growing need. - Currently there are 2 oncologists. They are looking for a 3rd and ultimately a 4th. The goal is to have 4 full time providers in the group. - 2024 candidates accepted as well as those currently practicing. J1 and H1B candidates accepted. - 2 NPs (14+ Years of Experience) - Full time position Monday thru Friday - 36 Patient Contact Hours 4 Admin Hours/week - 1 Hour New Patient Visits; 30/45 Minutes Follow Up - 1:3 Call Consult Only Service - No Admissions (Goal is to be 1:4 ultimately.) - Rounding the physicians typically have 1 week blocks (3 -5 consults a week) in the hospital. Consults and rounding a done by the physician on call. - 40% Hematology and 60% Oncology - Each physician has their own designated RN for support - Base Salary (Typically MGMA Median) Plus WRVU Bonuses - Signing / Relocation Bonus - Non Profit Hospital System Location: Conway, SC The rapidly growing market is one of the fastest growing in the nation, with resort lifestyle amenities boasting sun, sand and sea (60 miles of public beaches), not to mention golf (over 100 golf courses), hunting and fishing along with hometown values.
