The Noble Research Institute, LLC, in Ardmore, Oklahoma is seeking Helpdesk Support to assist with certain aspects of desktop and endpoint functions.
This is a temporary position available for approximately 12 weeks during the summer months of May through August and is intended for high school and college students. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Part-time position are not eligible for benefits. Minimum hourly rate is $13.00.

What you will be doing:
Helpdesk support is responsible for assisting end-users with endpoint application, operating system, hardware, and connectivity issues. You will serve as initial contact for service related issues, interfacing with system administrators and application developers on service installation issues and projects, and assist in enterprise-wide hardware and software deployment projects. You will assist in managing and maintaining the equipment checkout system.
Must be at least 16 years of age by first day of employment.
