Alberici Group, LLC is currently seeking to add a Helpdesk Specialist, or Technical Support Analyst,to our growing St. Louis-based Technology Services team. The Technical Support Analyst installs, modifies and makes repairs to computer hardware/software systems and provides first level technical support assistance to system users.

Position Overview:
- Configures and installs computer hardware and software.
- Maintains IT work areas.
- Upgrades hardware and software components.
- Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
- Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.
- Provides first level end-user support.
- Maintains IT helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications:
Two-year degree/certificate from a college or technical school; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
