Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented, well-spoken, service oriented, and confident IT Help Desk- Level 1 Engineer to provide excellent service and support to our business customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Troubleshoot remote desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware peripherals.
- Help quickly resolve issues related to email, data, and productivity applications within a Citrix environment.
- Assist users with application and computer usage.
- Provide phone support, as well as address incoming IT issues idle in the support queue.
- Maintain key performance standards that help drive success.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with other IT support responsibilities as needed Minimum Qualifications.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to communicate clearly with end users over the phone and via email.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid AZ Driver License
- 1+ years of experience providing Technical Support and troubleshooting computer equipment preferred, or comparable education/certifications, preferred.
- Troubleshooting methodologies and basic knowledge of, including Windows 10, Office applications and Networking Basics, preferred.
- Ability to be proactive in your day-to-day responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under time constraints.
- Ability to rapidly learn and integrate new practices and knowledge into your troubleshooting and support processes.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in regard to expectations and the organization
Office Environment:
- Office Environment, possibility of hybrid schedule after 90 days
- Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard.
- Reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally, bending at the waist, climbing, kneeling, and stooping for installation of hardware and more.
- Hearing and speaking to communicate and provide information to others.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and server equipment as needed.
- Occasional computer setup at desks will be required.
