Robert Half has an immediate need for a Help Desk Analyst. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role being very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Weston, Massachusetts area and is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems
- Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Mac OS experience
- Strong familiarity with Basic Troubleshooting
- Foundational knowledge in Network Printers
- Reconnection experience highly desired
- Chromebook experience required
- Proven knowledge of Password Reset
- Basic networking concepts
- Experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
- 1+ years of prior experience
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- IT support ticketing system experience desired
