Your Objectives:

• Developing technological tools that implement trading strategies effectively.
• Ability to take ideas from the leadership team and turn them into actionable trading strategies.
• Develop high-performance, large data research platforms while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Build the future of finance through innovative technological solutions.

Your Skills & Talents:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD).
• Exceptional programming and design skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python (required), with proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C++.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with probability and statistics to guide data-driven decision-making processes.
• Effective communication skills in a collaborative, complex, and highly technical team environment, promoting open dialogue and knowledge sharing.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding and dynamic environment.
