We are currently seeking a results-driven Recruitment Consultantwith a specialization in theHedge Fundindustry to join our high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Key Accounts Management:

• Provide strategic insights to key accounts based on your understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence within the Hedge Fundspace.
• Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment strategies that align with their business goals.

Talent Sourcing and Placement:

• Source, screen, and place highly skilled candidates in front-office roles for hedge-funds or buy-side firms.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement.

Market Insight:

• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence within the FS space.
• Leverage market insights to advise clients on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications

Agency Recruiting Experience (Must Have):

• Proven track record inHedge Fund/ buy-side recruitment, ideally in front-office roles.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Previous success in recruiting global talents

Crypto Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with the technical aspects of crypto, blockchain, and the web3 ecosystem.
• Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the crypto industry.

Global Working Style:

• Our consultants sit all around the world. You need to be flexible in working hours to co-work with the team. (Of course we won't ask you to jump on a call with us at midnight, but early mornings and late evenings are the most likely time we have a team meeting together)

Adaptability:

• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
