We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators, Specific to Cable Plowing and fimiliar with Bron HS11 Cable Plows

specifically Caterpillar / John Deere Dozer operator Renewable Energy Team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maneuver Heavy Equipment machinery to plow cable, tow reel trailers, operate winch cat and ensuring the safety of the crew.
• Move MV electrical reels around job sites
• Clean up job site after work is completed. Clean up may include regrading areas, back filling and leveling of surrounding ground
• Check machinery before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
• Complete all necessary paperwork which may include, but not limited to, daily logs, vehicle and equipment inspections, hours of service, and work orders
• Assist crew with related tasks

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3-5 Years’ knowledge and experience with Heavy Equipment operations, specifically bulldozers.
• Heavy Equipment Operator certification would be an asset
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment
• High level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures
• Able to meet the physical conditions of the position, ie sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
