Earth Systems is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Operators. The majority of your day-to-day duties will be at reserve pits, excavating, blending the cuttings, and backfilling.
You will need/have:
Earth Systems is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Operators. The majority of your day-to-day duties will be at reserve pits, excavating, blending the cuttings, and backfilling.
You will need/have:
- Valid Driver's License.
- A backhoe will be the primary piece of equipment you will need experience with. You will also need experience running other Heavy Equipment such as a Loader, Grader, Scraper, Bulldozer, Skid Steer, Tractor, and others.
- You will be conducting environmental remediation tasks such as excavation, demolition, and general construction projects.
- Knowledge of equipment basics such as mechanics, maintenance, and storage.
- Understanding of workplace safety requirements and procedures.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
- Time management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to push and pull loads up to 45 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge/usage.
- Be able to communicate via cell phone.

We are looking for 2 immediate hires. Apply if you can run the equipment mentioned above. You will be on the higher salary spectrum if you have at least 2 years of experience with all the above-mentioned equipment and a valid driver's license.
