```Duties```
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including but not limited to power tools, HVAC systems, and diesel engines, forklifts, skid steers, tractor repairs.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with the assembly and installation of equipment as required.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience operating and maintaining equipment, including power tools, HVAC systems, and diesel engines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of diesel engine repair.
- Familiarity with dealership procedures for equipment maintenance and repair is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients or customers.
