HVAC or related experience would be a plus, but we're willing to train the right person eager to learn the trade and work hard!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will dive into the world of Heat Pump systems as you assist experienced technicians in installing for commercial and residential spaces. Each day, you'll gain hands-on experience with tools, deliver them to the installer lead, and keep the van and worksite clean. You'll enjoy frequent lessons covering welding, specialty tools, design methodologies, and customer communication.

You will help to maintain a clean worksite, prepare materials, and assist with tool transportation. Your role will involve retrofitting and replacing water heaters, HVAC equipment, and duct systems, actively contributing to the fascinating world of Heat Pump system installation and maintenance. Every day will be a hands-on learning adventure!
