While Assisted Living Facilities do not require certification for providing care, it is considered healthcare, nonetheless. We seek candidates who prioritize our residents above all else, demonstrating reliability by consistently showing up for scheduled shifts on time and fulfilling care plan requirements without hesitation. Recognizing the dependency our residents have on us demands maturity, emphasizing the importance of consistent presence and sincere dedication to their well-being. Candidates should understand that their contributions are vital to our residents' lives. Punctuality and good attendance is not merely a job requirement but a fundamental aspect of providing dependable support.
While previous healthcare experience is not mandatory, it is highly preferred.
Pay:Starting at $15.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience in Assisted Living Facilities or related healthcare settings.
Full-time shifts needed as follows:
6:00am-2:00pm 1 full time employee needed & 1 part time employee needed.
2:00pm-10:00pm 2 full time employees needed & 2 part time employees needed.
10:00am-6:00pm 1 full time employee needed & 1 part time employee needed.

Weekend Warrior Shifts:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40-enjoy an additional 8 hours of pay without extra shifts! However, failing to meet your scheduled shifts will result in the forfeiture of the additional pay for that week.
What You'll Do:Under the guidance of the Assisted Living Facility Director or Registered Nurse Oversight, the Resident Care Assistant will deliver routine daily care/services to our residents in Assisted Living areas. Responsibilities include:

- Cultivating an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and calm.
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality in care provision.
- Fostering positive relationships with coworkers to promote a healthy work environment.
- Prioritizing residents' needs and responding promptly to call lights.
- Assisting residents with feeding, bathing, toileting, and other tasks per their care plan.
- Maintaining facility cleanliness and assisting in dining processes, including food preparation and cleanup.
