As a Senior Associate in the Healthcare Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) team you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex Product Solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique Product Solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development. You will gain a deep understanding of traditional, commercial card and emerging payment and connectivity solutions.  Including, open banking via API and B2B / B2C advancements to support business case / ROI analyses and re-engineering discussions with clients and prospects. The Senior Associate will also maintain close coordination with deal team partners to help coordinate solution offerings for clients and prospects based on their specific processing requirements.  The Senior Associate is responsible for validating the accuracy of deal level pricing models and working closely with deal teams to position competitive pricing while ensuring profitability tolerances are met and executive committee approvals are obtained before bids are submitted.  Our Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) team are Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the delivery of Integrated Payables and Connectivity solutions through best-in-class product solutioning that leverages, disbursement connectivity and reporting capabilities of the Firm. The key focus of this role is to support the PSSs on solution design, pricing and presentation delivery as part of team effort to secure, retain and grow payment processing relationships that significantly contribute to the overall profitability for the firm. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product.
  • Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients 
  • Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral 
  • Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years banking and treasury, accounts payables or receivables experience 
  • Strong interest in working with a coordinated deal team to define and document the payment processing needs of our clients through strategic whiteboarding sessions and consultative meetings
  • Demonstrates ability to understand payment solutions and pricing disciplines
  • Ability to develop and leverage internal networks and resources to complete projects
  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Payments industry knowledge, marketing and data analytic experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills
