It is a very exciting time of growth for our Cloud Services & Applications (CSA) team, and we are currently hiring a Healthcare Industry Transformation Leadto provide technical leadership for the team. This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.
We are hiring a Healthcare Industry Transformation Lead to join our Go-To-Market Industry Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic vision and execution of healthcare transformation initiatives (Data & AI, digital transformation, etc.) with our customers and MazikCare solutions team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing Healthcare Industry strategies, driving revenue growth and fostering innovation and customer collaboration.
Responsibilities will include:
- You will formulate and implement a comprehensive Healthcare Industry strategy that aligns with company goals and targets
- Oversee the development and execution of the Healthcare Industry portfolio
- Create revenue forecasts based on industry drivers and sales projections
- Work with team members to identify and analyze healthcare opportunities
- Creation of Healthcare Industry related IP
- Understand the competitive landscape and work with team members on effectively positioning Quisitive products and solutions
- Utilize industry and technical expertise to pursue new business opportunities, optimize the portfolio and promote customer innovation
- Provide impactful market insights to facilitate deal closure
- Collaborate with Account Executives, VSL's and Delivery teams to identify market trends, customer needs and emerging technologies
What is required?
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years experience in healthcare management, consulting or technology leadership roles
- Track record of leading large scale healthcare transformation projects from inception to completion
- Understanding of Healthcare Industry trends, challenges and opportunities related to technology innovation and digital transformation
- Good analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards
