Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Generator Mechanic with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in loadbank testing and servicing generators. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in diagnosing and repairing generator systems, and is willing to travel to various job sites. This is a full-time position with benefits available after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct loadbank testing on a variety of generator systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair generators and related components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure generators are operating efficiently.
• Document all service and maintenance activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to perform on-site service and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Generator Mechanic.
• Proficiency in loadbank testing and generator maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites and work flexible hours when required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
